A Career Built on
Human Potential
Barry Coleman is a collaborative and results-driven leadership coach, facilitator, trainer, and organization development consultant. He is known for building transparent, respectful, and holistic client relationships and for creating the kind of psychologically safe environment where leaders can explore their real challenges and move into action.
Before founding BCOLEGROUP, Inc., Barry spent more than a decade in senior HR and organization development roles at Wells Fargo Bank and The Washington Post, where he advised senior leaders on change, talent strategy, and organizational culture. That real-world corporate experience gives his coaching and consulting a depth and practicality that few can match.
He holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from American University / NTL Institute and a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University, where he serves as Adjunct Lecturer. Barry is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation and has coached more than 1,500 professionals across government, biotech, and nonprofit sectors.
